Amber Daniel combines her BS in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University and Cosmetology training with a lifelong passion for dance. Starting her dance journey in middle school, she continues to embrace it for its physical and mental benefits. Alongside dancing, Amber enjoys social media and thrifting. Her ultimate goal is to explore dance in various forms, highlighting its importance for well-being.

How does the narrative of Cruces/Intersections affect you?

The idea of Cruces really speaks to me because it's all about finding new ways to live life every day. It makes me think about the importance of going after what makes you great and the freedom to choose your own path. Even though I feel like some things are meant to be, every choice leads us somewhere good. Cruces remind me that life is a journey, where we keep moving forward, exploring different roads, and believing that wherever we end up, it's going to be alright.

What has Cruces/Intersections made you think about in your own life?

Reflecting on Cruces in my own life has been a profound experience. It has prompted me to confront aspects of myself that I've neglected or haven't fully explored. This journey has been about uncovering and facing these hidden parts of me, urging me to find new perspectives and actively pursue my happiness.
